Miscellaneous. Notice re Compensation for Land taken for Government Railways and other Public Works. THE Minister for Public Works desires to intimate to those persons who are entitled to compensation for land taken for Railways, or other Public Works, that, before tire money can be paid, it will be necessary to, submit to the: drown ■ jSoirci.tdrji -complete Title Deeds, <fec., which must be registered ; and, when any of the land taken is mortgaged; ithecohsentof the mortgagee to the payment of the money will also be required.
