DISASTROUS EARTHQUAKE.
[reuter—— copyright.] (Received July 30. 3 p.in.) V NAPLES, July 29. A most disastrous earthquake has been experienced on the island of Ischia, which is situated opposite the Bay of Naples. Thi\' town of Cassannciola _ has been almost Wally destroyed, and it is estimated that fully one thousand persons have been killed besides hundreds more or less injured. Boatloads of killed and wounded arc arriving hero hourly from the Island, and much anxiety and excitement prevails.
