Crossbreds, for all except the finest qualities, closed at £d to Id lower lower than the,;,closing, rates,; of last series; lamb’s wool suffered , a similar decline during the;present series. The first pprtion .of the 852 quarters of beef per Lady Jocelyn, from Wellington, was placed on .the .ttiarket to-day, and realised fid to per lb.
