Mails are despatched from Patea as follow DAILY MAILS OUTWARD. For Waverley, Waitotara, Maxwelltown Kai Iwi, Wanganui, and South, twice daily; dox closes at 1-30 p.m. and 7 p.m. For Kakaramca. Manutahi, Hawera, Normanly, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth and North, at 11-15 a.m. Direct mails to Nelson and Wellington by every steamer. Letters must be marked per steamer.” Francis Long. A supplementary mail via New Plymouth is made up two days after above dates of qlosing, in Patea.
