HOME AND FOREIGN. J_REUTER COPYRIGHT.] i LONDON, June 19. In the House of Commons last night Sir Stafford Norlhcote moved that the Eight Hon. John Bright committed a breach ot privilege in the coarse of his recent address at Birmingham in accusing Tories of being in alliance with-Irish rebels. The motion was however rerepresentatives in London of the North British Borneo Company denied the truth of the report current yesterday regarding the massacre of the company’s employes by natives of the islahd. - The Agents-General of various Australian colonies and New Zealand are strongly urging the annexation of the New Hebrides group by the Imperial Government. The difficulty in the way of carrying the project into execution consists in an agreement between England and France to refrain from the annexation ot islands in the Pacific.
