[From our Correspondent.]Tuesday.. A. meeting, of the Library Committee was held on Saturday.;. The . present librarian, Mr Brown,.tendered his'resignation,. The resignation ; was accepted with regret and Mr A. Woods was appointed as Mr Brown’s.,successor, A vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Brown for past : services both as librarian and also as a member of committee. Meeting adjourned sine die. Lamb, at this time of the year, may be considered both a rarity and a luxury. One of our butchers, Mr R. W.
