EJECTMENT CASE AT MANUTAHI.
‘ Early on Monday morning last two bailiffs,: named .Davis and' O’Brien j-who were pot by the trustee in Hamilton’s estate into possession of the housey'were, ejected by six men who gdt in thrOogh ‘a window, and surprised the bailiffs in itheir beds. There is a question of law as to whether the bailiffs should have been in the house at the time.
