PATEA—YESTERDAY. (Before C. A, Wray, Esq., R. M.) CIVIL CASES,. Bubke v. McKenzie.—Mr Barton appeared for plaintiff and asked that the case might be adjourned till after the arrival of the next San Francisco mail as the defendant was expecting some money from America, Adjournment for six weeks granted, Wiltiams Bros. y. Haase. —Judgment for plaintiffs by default. Palmer v. Williams.— Claim, £4 18s. Mr Barton appeared for plaintiff. Alfred Palmer, the plaintiff, stated that the present claim was for the' pasturage of defendant’s sheep. The defendant disputed the amount of the claim. He had paid £3 18s into Court, Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed with costs.
