IN Bankruptcy.—ln the District Court of Taranaki, holden at Patea,—ln the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and the several Acta amending the same ; and the matter of the bankruptcy of James Hamilton, of Manutahi, settler, a debtor.—Notice is hereby given, and I certify that at the first meeting of the creditors of the above-named James Hamilton, held at the Court-house at Patea, on Monday, the 14th day of May, 1883, John Gibson, of Patea, merchant, and Robert Howard Nolan, of Hawera, auctioneer, were duly elected the creditors’ trustees in bankruptcy, of the property of the said debtor, and that the said John Gibson and Robert Howard Nolan have signified to me in writing their acceptance of the said trusteeship.—Dated at Patea this 15th day of May, 1883.
