POE SALE BY PUBLIC TENDERTENDERS are invited for the purchase of the freehold property, stock-in-trade, book debts, and goodwill of the Business formerly carried on by Messrs Fisk and Pyemont, general storekeepers, Waitotara. The property offered consists of ; — (1) Sections 44 and 60, containing, 2 roods, situated at the corner of the main north-western road and the. road to the railway station, and being the most central position in the township. The build ings thereon comprise (a) a commodious stoic and dwelling combined, (b) stable, (c) butcher’s shop, (d) well finished billiard room. The shop and billiard room are let to desirable tenants, realising £SO per annum. The buildings are all comparatively new and in good order. (2) Stock-in-Trade, consisting of Grocery, Drapery, Hardware, &c., &c. Stock lists have been prepared. (3) Book Debts, These are of recent date, representing chiefly the accounts of the first quarter of the year. The business is being carried on by the Trustees, pending the sale. The district immediately adjoining the township is well settled, with new country at the back (Momaliaki Bock) in course of occupation. The whole of the estate will be sold in one lot, or alternative tenders will be received for the freehold property and stock only. Copies of the stock list and book debts may be seen in Wanganui, or inspected with the stock at Waitotara. Terms : Gne-third cash, balance in approved endorsed bills at 3, 6, and 9 months.
