(per press association.) NEW Pl-Y MOU TH, This d ay. The Supreme Court civil sittings are mow proceed i n,g. , The case; pP Marsbhll v. Bayly and Tate, arising but or, the late Mr Halse’s affairs, was heard yesterday. Defendants were trustees for Mrs Marshall but allowed her friends to manage the estate. The jury gave verdict on several issues and the issue of a rule wlil form the subject for an application to the Court in Auck--land for a decree in respect to the trustee.
