LONDON MAEKRTS. The N Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. report, under date London, April 24: “The wool market is unchanged ; up to date 305,000 bales have arrived. The wheat market is irregular, and has an upward tendency. Adelaide is worth 60s, and N.Z. 46s 6d, per 4961b5. N.Z. wheat, to arrive in iron ship, is worth, c.i.f., 46s per 4801bs on April bill-of-lading, and 46s 6d for May bill-of-lading. The tallow market is firm ; best mutton is quoted at 465, and best beef 44s 6d per cwt. Leather market quiet. Best sides are worth lid per lb. N.Z. flax market is quiet ; fine qualities are worth £2B per ton.
