PATEA—THIS DAY. (Before G. A. Wray. Esq., R.M.) CIVIL C.ASBS. Wilson v. Lambeth.— Claim £1 4s Bd. The plaintiff, Henry Wilson, stated he was a bricklayer. A short while since he kept a boarding house, and the present claim was for eight days board and lodging. Emma Wilson, the wife of the plaintiff, stated that defendant had not paid for the eight days board and lodging, for which claim was made. Thomas Lambeth, the defendant, said that on one occasion he paid Mrs Wilson £3, but she only acknowledged £2. Judgment for the amount, planliff to pay costs. McKenna v. White—Claim £4 6s lid. Judgment for plaintiff by default, with costs,
