Waimate Plains. - WEST COAST SETTLEMENT RESERVES. SALE OP LEASES FOR A TERM OF 31 TEARS. West Coast Settlement Reserves Office, Hawera, March 31st, 1883. TENDERS will be received at this Office until 11 o’clock in the forenoon of MONDAY, the 23rd April, for the Leases of 70 Sections, comprising 7,590 acres of the above-mentioned lands. The npset rents range from 2s to 15s per acre. Plans and schedules of the sections and copies of the regulations under which leases will bo sold and issued, also forms of tender and declaration, respectively, can be obtained at the District Land Offices, New Plymouth, Patea, arid Hawera, or at any of the other Land Offices in the colony ; also , at the office of the Collector of Customs, Wanganui, and at the Post Offices, Thames, Wangamib Reefton, Westport, Greymouth, Ashburton, and Oamaru.
