Latham, proprietor of the Carlton Brewery, contemplates making a present to the Anglican Church, Victoria, of a novel as well as useful kind, consisting of a building at Queenscliffe, known as the Sanatorium, costing, when finished, over £IO,OOO, to be held c and; overworked , i clergy. No definite management has yet been formulated, but it is expected it will be managed by a board of clergymen, with the; bishop as head. It is expected to be open in about two months.
