At the quarterly silting of the Licensing Court this morning, the only business that came up was an application for the transfer of Ithe license of the Masonic Hotel from Francis Mullen to Owen McEittrick, which was granted. The Wanganui crew will not be able to take part injthe Interprovincial boat race at Wellington, owing to one of their men not being able to leave on that date. The long expected consignment of brook trout arrived at Wanganui to-day, transhipped from the City of New York, but all was bad. It is supposed the extra voyage from Auckland settled it,
