COUNTY DEFALCATIONS.
The following resolutions were passed by the County Council this afternoon : “ That Mr Beamish be informed that the Council have r received , intimation from his solicitor that he has dog taxes in hand being monies due to the Council, and that he be desired to pay snch monies to the County Fund Account at the Bank of New Zealand at once. « That a demand be made upon the bondsmen of John Black, for the amount of defalcations that have been discovered up to the present date.”
