' [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH/ Monday, The Rev. 0. Fraser yesterday announced his intention to give up possession of St. Andrew’s Church,; but said he did not intend to retire from the Ministry. Wherever ho decided to go he would continue to devote himself to the interests of religion and education.
