Freeman R, Jackson has received instructions from the importer, Mr McNicoll, of Auckland, to offer, as above—--21 2-tooth Lincoln Ranis 1 4-tooth Lincoln Ram Five of the above rams are by an imported “ Marshall” ram, the balance being by Kitchener rams, from pure-bred Lincoln ewes, the lots offered being bred by Messrs McNicoll, of Ohaupo, Waikato. Note.— Messrs McNicoll are wellknown in the Auckland province as breeders of first-class stock; and the fact that the annual draught of rams from their flock sent to Napier for sale, and commanding a good figure in that district, speaks favourably of the class pf sheep offered to breeders and others in Hawera on Saturday, 3rd March.
