All that Piece of Land situated in the Town of Patea, containing 15 perches 3 yards more or. less, being part of section 1, block XII, having a frontage to Leicester street of 159£ links, and a frontage to Taranaki road of 120 links, upon which are Mr Dale’s Auction Rooms, two shops, business office, and private apartments. LotS. All that Piece of Land situated in the said town, containing 2 roods 6 perches more or less, being section 13 of block XXXYI.
