Mr W ILLIAM CpWERN will sell, in three lots, by public auction, at his Auction Rooms, Patea, On SATURDAY, the 3rd day of March, 1883, pursuant to instructions received from the Mortgagees, and under the conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme .Court of Taranaki, the undermentioned properties belonging to Mr William Dale, junior, auctioneer: Lot 1. All that Piece of Land situateddn the Town of Patea, containing 15 perches 3 yards more or less, being part of section 1, block XII, having a frontage to Leicester street of 1591 links, and a frontage to Taranaki road of 120 links, upon which are Mr Dale’s Auction Rooms, two shops, business office, and private, apartments. Lot % All that Piece of Land; situated in the said town, containing 2 i roods 6 perches more or less; being section 13 of block XXXVI. And, also, ■ All that Piece of Land situated in the said town, containing 3 l-10th perches more or Jess, being part of section 3 of block XXXVIj upon which said pieces of land are four large timber sheds, and mill buildings, and sheep yards. Lot 3. All that Piece of Land situated in the said town, containing I rood 2 perches more or less, being section 5 of block xxxvi.;? : And, also, All that Piece of Land situated in the said town, containing 9 perches more or less, being part of section 6 of block XXXVI, upon which said pieces of land are Mr Dale’s new, large and commodious private Dwelling-House, -with stable and timber shed.
