Some settlers’ bouses have been burned down. The damage is estimated at £20,000. A valuable Government busb is destroyed. The Union Sasli and Door Company, Brown and Campbell, and others are heavy losers. By one of these fires a daughter of Vincent Tolkof lost her life.
