Gudgeon, late; agent of the Union Bank at the Thames, for attempted rape on Mrs Ehrenfried, wife of Louis Ehrenfried, tlic well-known brewer, was coraraence.d to-day at the Supreme Court. The evidence for the; prosecution is the same ,as. adduced at the Police Court, but there are:seven , witnesses for defence.
