[REUTER—COPYRIGHT.] (Received Jau. 18, 1 a.m.) - PARIS, Jan. 16. In the Chamber of Deputies this evening attention was drawn to a manifesto which had been placarded through the city, signed by Prince Jerome Bonaparte, in which he denounced the Government and claimed to assume the Imperial title. The Government declared that the matter was one requiring immediate repressive action, and moved the expulsion from France of the Bonapartist families. An excited discussion followed, but the motion was ultimately carried by a large majority. CAIRO, Jan. 16. Earl Dufferin has recently had under consideration' the question of establishing a responsible form of self-govern-ment in Egypt, and has now made the proposal to the* Egyptian Council of Ministers for the establishment of two Legislative Chambers.
