[PER PRESS ASBobIA.TION.I \ WELLINGTON, This dSy. The Supreme Court criminal sittings opened this morning. The Judge’s charge to the Grand Jury lasted only two minutes. He congratulated them on the lightness of the calendar, there being no charges of a serious character. A true bill Wras found against Henry Freeman for house breaking;. The trial is now proceeding. True bills’were found agairit Sarah Parnell, wounding - Julia O’Birne, attempted suicide,; Peter Walsh, attempted Jarceny. No bill was found against Annie, alias Mary Brown, larceny from the person.
