Gower, £1 15s ; Mahony and Co., £33 ; J. Unis, £1 ; J. Collins, £7 10s ; J. Keys, £7 ; 11. E. Deane, £7 : W. Odgers, £9 ; Gower Bros., Whenuaknra, £l2; Williams Bros., £2O; T. North, £22 13s 6d ; W. F. Keating, £2 6s; Fa tea Permanent Building Society, £205. The assets were—Sec. 5, block XVII., Palea (subject to mortgages to Patea Permanent Building Society, to secure £230 to- Mr- W., Dale); £250, sec. 6, block XVII., Patea (subject to mortgage to Mr Dale to secure £80) ; book debts, £46 12s ; furnituie, tools, &c., £2O ; Williams Brothers, -cheque, £lO 16s 6d. It was resolved to allow the debtor to retain his furniture and tools. The election of trustee resulted in the appointment of Mr G. W. Taylor.
