A NELSON DIVORCE CASE.

+ : (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NELSON, this day. In the divorce case, Mackay v. Mackay and Campbell, co-respondent, a verdict was given for the petitioner, with £3OO damages. The petitioner claimed £IOOO. Judge' Richmond said this was the first case in New Zealand where damages had been claimed in a divorce suit. A rule nisi, returnable in five months, was granted for a dissolution of marriage.
