[REUTER —COPYRIGHT.] (Received Nov. 29, 1 p.m.) ' MELBOURNE, Nov. 29. Arrived this morning, P. and 0. steamship Rosetta with the inward Suez mail which left London on the 20th October. ' The Legislative Council Chamber was last night most successfully lighted by-electricity. It is stated to be probable that Sir John Henry Lefroy will succeed Sir William Robinson as Gfoveruor of West Australia. (Received Nov. 28, 12.80 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 28. A splendid rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, has been general throughout Victoria. The overland telegraph line from Adelaide to Port Darwin has been interrupted.
