SECOND EDITION. COMING LAND SALES.
Crown lands in this island are to bo sold next month on an extensive scale. East Coast lands will be sold at Gisborne; 2,110 acres being in the Waimata and other blocks, also 5,589 acres of deferred payment Inn 1, and 58,000 acres of cash land. The Parilia ha Mock is being gradually surveyed and disposed of, 6,884 acres additional being for sale at New-Ply-month, the upset prices ranging from to £4, with higher prices for village sections. Momahaki and Wairoa (Waverley) lands are to be sold at Patca on Dec. 20lh. There are 2,918 acres to be offered on deferred payment, at £1 to £4 10s per acre; also 19,235 acres for cash, all bush land, at £1 to £6 an acre; and the unsold sections in Richardson township, which exists as yet only on the map. Wang: mii Harbor endowment lands, 4,537 acres d.f. and (1,818 acres for cash, will bo offered at Wanganui.
