Jackson’s monthly Stock Sale, at Waverley, was held on Saturday, owing to the Wanganui Races falling on the usual day. The yards were well filled, and a number of buyers were present, notwithstanding the wet clay. Prices were a decided improvement on last sale, although one or two lots were not quitted, owing to the high reserve placed on them. mhi hi . ■ "■■iwwaMwaßßMwwaw
