No entries will be received for any race except upon this condition—that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Box No 12, Wavcrley ; entrance money enclosed (exchange added to cheques), with the name, age at time ofentry, pedigree, and, in ca c c of handicaps, the performances, of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. Any jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 3 sovs. When two or more horses start, the property Of the same owner, a distinguishing color must be worn. In all weight-for-age races the new weight-for-age scale will be adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw hox’ses are required to give notice to. that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one halfhour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 sovs to the race fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. In all races the second horse only saves his stake when it is especially stated that he does so.
