Some time ago the books of the Patea District Land and Building Society were reported by the inspector as being about ready for the auditors Since then affairs are no further advanced. , This delay is so remarkable that some explanation ought to be made at once. Are the society’s affairs ever to have a winding up ?-—I am, &c., INTERESTED.
