Each tender to be accompanied by a cheque for (£25) twenty-five pounds sterling, made payable to the Receiver General only, and not to bearer, and marked by a banker as good for twenty-one days, as a guarantee that the tender will be taken up. The successful tenderer will require to find two approved Sureties of two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) each, for the due performance of the Contract.
