The Borough Council meet this evening to open tenders for fonnation of Bedford-street, Egmout-street South;; with Devon-street, Hadfield, and Glou-cester-streets. It is expected that the tenders will be. numerous. Tim Council will also consider this evening the. best means for raising the loan of ,£IO,OOO authorised by the ratepayers.
