The Bankruptcy Bill is to be dropped till next session. It proposes several needful changes. The first dividend most be declared within three months, and the last within 18 months. The trustee must make a statement every three months to the District Court as to any bankrupt estate in his hands, this being a very necessary provision. Debtors are not to file out of the district where their debts arc contracted. A scale of expenses and fees is also stated in a schedule to the bill.
