TB WETERE AND THE WHITE CLIFFS MURDER.

In a discussion on a motion by Mr Mantel), in the Legislative Council on Thursday, Mr Whitaker said Wetere Te Renga had left Wellington suddenly in consequence of an intimation from Mr Bryce that the nephew of the Rev. Mr Whitely, who was murdered at at White Cliffs, intended to take ont a warrant against him.
