HARBOR BOARD LEASE. In the report of the last meeting of the Harbor Board, Mr Bush applied to, be relieved of bis lease of the land at the brickworks, which the Board agreed to. How comes it that another party is making bricks there now ? Surely the Harbor Board would, never sanction such use of their property.-—I am, &c., Observer.
