R.H. NOLAN & CO.’S MONTHLY Stock Report.

In our sales very little of any note has taken place during the last month. The stock entries have been just about the average of the same month of last year, yet prices are higher for all kinds of stores.

At our monthly sale at Manaia on the 29th ultimo, there were very few cattle yarded, but Ave disposed of 2 to 3 year old steers from £4 to £5 ss, fat cows £4 7s 6d, yearlings £2 12s fid, store cows £4 to £6 ss.

In the Hawera Yards, on the 6th inst., there were not many penned, but they were of exceptional quality. All entered were disposed of at or after the sale. We quote weaners 41s, 18-months to 2year old steers £3 15s, 18-months old heifers £3, fat coavs £6 17s, store cows £3 10s, dairy coavs from £4 to £8 Bs. Siikep.—A pen of Aveedy lambs Avere disposed of at 4s 7d.

Horsks. —There were several hacks disposed of from £4 to £l2 2s fid, draughts from £l3 10s to £3O.
