' This Afternoon. ANOTHER FENIAN MURDER: London, 4th.—lntelligence is to hand from Ireland that a Mr Kenny has been murdered in Dublin, It is conclusively proved that the murder is the work of Fenians, hut no arrests are yet made. ARRESTS IN IRELAND. FENIAN CONSPIRATORS, London, 4th.—The police have effected the capture of twenty-two men on suspicion of being concerned in the assassination of Blake the agent and Kean the steward of Lord Clanricarde, at Lough Rea, on the 28th ultimo. ROWS IN PARLIAMENT. “ URGENCY ” & OBSTRUCTION. In the House of Commons to-day the Irish Repression Bill was again under consideration. The Home Rule members again warmly opposed the measure and protested against its being declared urgent. Finally all the Horae Rulers fxcept four left the House in a body ; at the same time declaring their protest against a revivel of the urgency system.
