Not proof Conclusive. —A somewhat curious definition of dnmkeness was given the other day by a Dunedin constable. He informed the bench that the person in question, when intoxicated, had complete possession of his reasoning faculties, but invariably lost the use of his means of locomotion. Mr Carew ruled that under such circumstances the man conld not be deemed drunk.
