IRISH LOYALTY IN COLONIES.
The Victorian Parliament has again discussed the matter of an address to the Irish people signed by social Irish members of the House. A motion was carried accepting the assurance of the signers that they wish to be loyal, and disapproving of the address. Mrißeriy’s amendment for sending an address to Mr Gladstone approving of his Irish policy, was outvoted.
