INQUIRY- WAKATG COLLISION.
‘Wellington.—An inquiry into the circumstances' attending the collision between the steamers 1 Ladybird arid Wakatu in the harbor on the d 26th alt. commenced yesterday, and was continued to-day.' Several, were ranch bruised. r • ' Opening of Parliament! : The Governot arrived this morning from the South, for the opening of Parliament to-morrow. c; Parliament will, be opened by; Commissioners, to-morrow, the, Cpramissioners being Mr Whitaker;. .(Premier), Fitzherbert, and Major Richmond.
