Now Plymouth, Monday.—Mr Gallagher’s - trial for manslaughter fn con-, necfcion with - the death of a Maori near ■•Manntahi is not likely to be called until to-morrow. Another witness has arrived for the Crown named Haywood (a boy ,who rides with the Patea Mails). He States that he saw the Maori lying on his back on the patch of grass on Manawapou hill.
