Selling Otago Runs.
GREAT COMPETITION (TELEGRAM THIS DAY.)
Dunedin.—The sale of leases of Otago runs commenced to-day ; attendance very large.
Larder station, base of Dunstan ranges, was re-leased at three times the upset, only £lO bids being' taken ; price realised £24 16s.
Dalgetty’s run re-leased by Spencer at 80 per cent increase on upset rental. Part of run 224 was purchased by F. G. Dodgson at 60 per cent, over the upset. Subdivision 222 went to same purchaser at 82 per cent, over tne upset.
