RIFLE SHOOTING .
The first com petition for Mr H. F. Christie’s gold medal came off on the Rifle Range this morning. It was a still morning, but very dull. There was a handicap sweep of 2a 6d each also fired for. The following are the scores : Score for Score for medal. Hep. sweep.
