They must be addressed to the Chairman, Waitara Harbor Board, and marked outside TENDER FOR CONTRACT No. 2. Plans and Specifications may be seen at Waitara. They must be addressed to the Chairman of Waitara Harbor Board, and marked outside “ Tender for Contract No 3.” Plans and specifications may be seen at Waitara. Contractors may tender for the whole or a portion of the works. No tender for less than 1000 yards. Telegraphic tenders will be received on the same conditions as in the Public Works Department.
