MAPS of Patea County and District, on a large scale, and Township Maps (4 on a sheet), drawn by Mr Tregear, may now be obtained at the Mail Office. The County map shows all the surveyed district between Waitotara and J/imaia; and may be had colored for 12s 6d, or plain 7s 6d. The Townships iJ/ap shows Patea, Kakaramea, Waverley, and Hawera, on one sheet; with numbers of blocks and sections; price 7s 6d. XTTAIMATE PLAINS.—Mr Joseph VV Chadwick, an experienced correspondent, is authorised to represent the Daily Mail on the Plains, and an office will be opened shortly at Manaia.
