The Arbitration Case of Brett against Andrew Young, being a claim for injury sustained and loss of time through the upsetting of a coach at Manawapou bridge, was resumed yesterday at Hawera, and the inquiry is now practically concluded. The two arbitrators appointed under bond look evidence at length, but being unable to agree on the amount of award, the matter had to be referred to the umpire, Mr David Peat.
