GRAND OPENING CONCERT. WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9th. THE above Society, assisted by members of Wanganui, New Plymouth, and Hawera Societies, intend opening their NEW HALL with a Grand Concert, on the above date. Programme, consisting of Secular and Sacred Solos, Choruses, &c., and the favorite Operetta, “Merrie Men of Sherwood Forest/' will appear in future issue. Tickets may be obtained from the Ladies of the Society and the Committee, on and after Nov. Ist, Prices, 4s and 2s. Honorary members’ tickets will not be available for the forthcoming concert, but the ordinary concerts will take place as usual before February next, when tickets will be issued to honorary members as usual. As the forthcoming concert is a special one, all persons—whether members or otherwise—will be expected to pay. Itrfs to be hoped that the opening of (he new Hall will be well patronised. EDWARD O.
