Meeting of the Patea County Council will be held on the 25th October next, to confirm the following Resolution, passed at a Special Meeting ot the Council held on the 27th instant: “ That the County of Patea, for the. future, be divided into two Ridings, viz., Waverely and Otoia, the first from Patea to Waitotara rivers, with five members ; and the Otoia from the Patea river to the Northern boundary of the County, with four members.” W.
